TL Vision Academy is a partner with several accrediting bodies.  Earn your certificate at TL Vision, and you will receive a high-quality education that employers, professional certification organizations, and other higher learning organizations recognize.)

  Regional Accreditation
Through our partnership with Avant and the Global Seal of Biliteracy, all our courses’ tests and regional accreditation encompass TL Vision Academy’s  Administrative Staff and the fine educational products that we offer our students.

The Global Seal:

 Certifying Language Skills
In a global society where intercultural communication has become increasingly important, the Global Seal provides a unique and recognizable certification of language skills. The Global Seal of Biliteracy provides a universally consistent and inclusive micro-credential to increase opportunities for bilingual speakers from Elementary School through Adulthood. We hope that those with language proficiency will demonstrate their skills credentials at one of our three certification levels. This will continue to enable the learner to improve their skills and “Level Up.

 Functional Fluency

Individuals with Functional Fluency in the target language can express themselves satisfactorily when completing familiar routines and tasks in predictable situations. They can describe products, services, policies, and procedures, take orders, complete formulaic documents, and payment transactions, and answer anticipated, frequently asked questions. Native listeners may experience difficulties understanding this speaker due to grammatical errors or mispronunciation.
