Low: At this level, the learner can use a suitable vocabulary in common topics like works, places, and hobbies. The learner can express a language ability by using phrases, terms, and phrases effectively to discuss all time frames. However, that ability is limited to familiarity and mid-size paragraphs. At the same time, the learner can accrue several grammatical issues; however, he can communicate with a native without issues.

Mid: At this level, the learner communicates and shows more fluency in all language skills, reading, writing, speaking, and listening. At the same time, the learner’s ability to use the sub-vocabulary is limited.

High: Learner exposes the communication effectively and discusses several topics at any time frame. The learner shows the ability to discuss things and superior learners. However, there are some, the learner language ability preventing from continuing apically it is not his expertise; like sciences, political, or another fields moreover, the learner can show insufficient complicated  grammar rules.
