Proficiency Tests
Avant’s proficiency tests are used across the world to measure student learning outcomes, illustrate program quality, all Avant proficiency tests are aligned to the ACTFL Proficiency Scale.
When will you take a test?
Upon your registration, you will be asked to take a placement test to determine the level most suitable for your level of expertise.
If it is the case that you’ve had very little to no previous Language ability with the English, Arabic language upon enrollment, you shall be placed at level 1 without a test.
- Each level has an approximate duration of eight weeks (100 tuition hours with Homework).
- The student must take a placement test upon enrollment with Avant. Please visit https://avantassessment.com/place
- The test result will determine the level they are to begin at.
